Del Webb and Suncrest to develop new community in the Town of Wake Forest, NC

Del Webb, a division of PulteGroup Inc., has teamed up with Phoenix-Based developer Suncrest Real Estate & Land to Develop a new active adult community in the town of Wake Forest featuring 452 homesites, 40 acres of open space, and an 18,000 sqft recreational amenity center. The grand opening in scheduled for the spring of 2017.
